Our version of the traditional cornbread incorporating yoghurt, spices and feta cheese.

Winter Tomatoes/Green Strawberries/Wasabi Mascarpone/Pine Nuts
Wasabi and herb filled mascarpone, Pedro Ximenez pickled shallots, green strawberry umeboshi and toasted pine nuts.

Delica Pumpkin/Lime & Cardamom Yoghurt/Sambal Tumis/Cashew
Roasted Delica pumpkin with fresh ginger. Sambal Tumis is a chilli coconut paste with fresh mint, coriander and toasted cashews.

Fish of the day/Tomato Rasam/Poha/Tumeric & Mustard Seed Potatoes
This week it’s Norwegian Cod with Scallops. Rasam translates as ‘essence’, a thin South Indian broth, made with tomatoes, tamarind and various spices including caraway, cumin and dried red chillies. Poha is rice which is flattened into flat, light, dried flakes originating from the Indian subcontinent.
